Cristina Solari has over 25 years’ experience in the financial industry. She is head of trading at Millennium Banque Privee in Geneva, where she has been for the past 14 years. Additionally, she has extensive experience in her teaching field. Before setting up the trading department at her current employer, Cristina worked at Pioneer Management Corp and Baring Asset Management in Boston, and at Trust Company of the West in Los Angeles, among others. With a master in international management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, and a bachelor in business administration from John Cabot International University in Rome, where she was assistant to the finance and economics professors, respectively, she is familiar with international universities and students and knows how to adapt her lectures to an international audience, mixing general theory with a practical and global approach.
Teaching is about translating the theory into the practical, and making each student find in themselves that “something extra” that will help them achieve success in an ever changing and increasingly competitive global environment.
