As an Academic Quality and Subject Coordinator at EU Business School, Lilian brings extensive experience in managing learning programs in analytics, IT, and corporate governance. Since joining EU in 2018, Lilian has showcased her expertise, honed at the BMW Group and Boston Consulting Group, in corporate governance, organizational analysis, collaboration and business development. Currently completing her doctorate in sociology, Lilian has a strong academic background in social sciences. She is passionate about learning and upskilling, and is dedicated to implementing effective learning programs that address the diverse needs of learners, blending practical experience and academic theory.
