Sofia Bakirli is a Human Resource Educator and Consultant. She holds a BA in Educational Psychology, an MSc in International Human Resources and a PG certificate in Adult Learning. She has worked in multiple countries within a variety of organizations and academic institutions, including EPO and Complutense University of Madrid. Her experience also comprises multinational companies such as Inditex S.A, and governmental organizations including IOM and The Charity Commission in the UK.
Sofia has held positions as an organization manager, people management leader, project bid coordinator and talent acquisition consultant. In addition to her work at EU, she is currently a Business Mentor at Women on Top, a Student Mentor at the University of Roehampton, and a Doctoral Researcher in Business Administration at the European University of Cyprus.
